The form is not intended to be used like a pay pal account, as we will process each order ourselves. DELIVERY POLICY

All deliveries are made between the hours of 11 AM - 5 PM, Monday –Friday.
Special arrangements may be possible for weekend or off hour deliveries, please call the store for more information.
All packages are sent with a personal greeting card message that you will specify on the order form.
To help make sure your order can be delivered on the desired date, please place your order 24 hours in advance.
Please call us if same day delivery is needed.
We cannot guarantee any specific delivery time requests however, we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. We will make every attempt possible to delivery your package successfully. However, we cannot be responsible for incorrect address or contact information of the recipient, or packages left with messenger centers, office reception desks, doorman, etc. If recipient is not available to receive package we will contact the sender. There will be a charge added to the credit card of ½ the first delivery fee if we attempt to delivery again the following day. The recipient is always welcome to pick up their package at the bakery if the 1st delivery attempt fails.
Please be sure to include all the recipient’s contact information as well as your own contact information when filling out the order form.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will charge a $3.50 handeling fee in addition to the Fed Ex service fee. Please keep in mind that shipping out of the tri-state area can be expensive due to the weight, distance and 2-day delivery service we use to ensure the freshness of the cookies when they arrive.
Please call the store directly and speak with our manager if you would like a closer estimate of what we think the Fed Ex fee will be.

WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE OR REFUND ANY PACKAGES DAMAGED OR DELAYED IN DELIVERY DUE TO THE RECIPIENT NOT BEING HOME OR AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESSFOR THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT OR ANY DELIVERY ATTEMPT THERE AFTER.

Your shipping charge might increase based on weight and destination. Some very rural areas have limited shipping options.
We do not ship to international destinations. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Be sure to include the appropriate suite, apartment number and phone numbers to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx due to weather, mechanical error, Strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, or inaccurate shipping information, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.In order to guarantee the freshness of our products, our cookies are baked the same day they are shipped via Fed Ex.
All gifts are sent with a personal greeting card message that you will specify on the order form.We will gladly provide the tracking number so that you can contact Fed Ex for any problems with delivery.To ensure safe delivery, we can add a signature request guarantee to any shipped order. Please note that on the order form or when you call and place the order. There will be an additional charge from Fed Ex for this service.

Order Cutoff Time

For orders to be shipped on the same day as ordered, processing of your order must be completed by -4:00 PM EST/1:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST/1:00 PM PST as well as orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day unless a future ship date is specified. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge to residence only. Sunday delivery is not available. Please indicate the date you would like your order shipped in the appropriate area on your order form.

Products on the website can be out of stock or on back order. If you order one of these products we will notify you in advance of the ship date.
